Excellent s d
The 2 bedroom chalet was extremely spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff were so helpful and friendly and professional. We will miss the team.
They need to add some activities for the children. They did go out of their way to assist to rent some bicycles for my boys.

Although high rating a lot of basic amenities missing or broken
Got an upgrade for free, thanks. Staff were friendly, clean property, great spacious room and beds - looked as if renovation had been done recently. 2 pools, jet skiing available.
Toilet seat broken, ablution hose leaking, weighing scale rusted without batteries, wi-fi signal poor in rooms (excellent in reception area), pizza took 1 hour to come & cheese was stuck on foil covering, no alcohol at hotel, no seats arranged on beach although we were told it would be, no vegetarian food for lunch or dinner - at a 5 star?! We had no food. Average variety at breakfast.

The breakfast was good, not that many options but it was good. The swimming pools are big and nice.
The budget room (not sure that’s what they are called) are bad, very small, dark and not well furnished. The hotel has some kind of a day pass whereby people from outside pay to use the hotel facilities (pool and night club).
